General trade companies which,
backed by the state and banks, played central role in development
of Japanese and Chinese economies had attracted the interest
of our statesmen and businessmen. In 1990's, the model supporting
the manufacturer has been developed instead of so-called Japanese
model due to changing state policies. Under the prevailing
circumstances, Ihlas Foreign Trade, Inc. has caught the change
by directing toward the new business areas which add value
to the goods through information contribution. Our company
was established in early 2000 in order to engage in trade
of products of group companies and industries.
Ihlas Group of Companies also covering Ihlas Foreign Trade
Inc enlarges its range of products with the products of Ev
Aletleri A.S. (Home Appliances Company), Bisan Company's bicycles
and motorcycles and ambulance manufactured by Ihtas. The other
products include landscape products by Iston, foods, textiles,
machinery, automotive and spare parts.
Within several years, Ihlas Foreign Trade Inc has strengthened
its position in the emerging markets by developing its regional
information and specialization. The company has pioneered
in information transfer and exports by selling especially
second hand factories to neighboring countries, and has been
specialized in international trade models and trade financing.
Exclusive and joint companies such as Ihlas Lef Inc and Dehas
Inc have been founded at home and neighboring countries by
their specialization areas.
As Poland in Eastern Europe, Romania in Balkans and Russia,
Ukraine and Central Asian Republics have gained importance
increasingly, the activities are carried out in accordance
with the demand structures in these markets. We also export
to other markets and engage in activities in certain countries
which may create investment opportunities. The primary business
area of Ihlas Foreign Trade Inc includes the general exports
of goods and know-how transfer, machinery and factory exports,
representation offices and development of new business areas
in North and Central African countries, Ukraine, Azerbaijan,
Sudan, Iraq and Uzbekistan. |
